Fact Database

The Fact Database (FactDB) is a product of the BOOTStrep project, where we collect all the gene regulatory events produced by the project. It contains 1) the events from RegulonDB version 6.2, the referential database of E. coli transcription regulation events, 2) the events that are manually annotated onto corpora which have been used to develop the text mining systems, and 3) the events that are automatically extracted from MEDLINE by the text mining systems.
